Around 2017, when environmental issues and the liberalization (marketization) of electricity became apparent, members of the semiconductor technology team who control the optimization of motor operation and members who have a proven track record in fintech met and began to take an interest in each other's technology, and have been working on the YesY concept.

Reika Hasegawa
At a listed company, he is involved in a number of businesses as the person in charge of research and marketing for the company's business brand. He has been involved in both qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing, and has a track record as a project leader.
After becoming independent in 2003, he leveraged his experience in marketing to collaborate with Blackout Co., Ltd. and was involved in the logic design of automatic stock trading robots. Currently, as a Political & Energy Analyst, he also researches and analyzes financial markets across politics, economics, international relations, and regional studies.

After working as a semiconductor system designer, working overseas in Hong Kong and Europe, and establishing a new technology development company, he served as representative director of an overseas corporation and director of a major Japanese manufacturer semiconductor company. Current research themes are "IoT/data linkage and DX", "electronic/power energy network", "corporate management and innovation", holds patents in Japan and the United States, and received the IEEE CoA Award (2018)

半導体のシステム設計者、香港／ヨーロッパでの海外勤務、技術開発の新会社設立を経て、海外法人の代表取締役、日本大手メーカー半導体会社の取締役を歴任。現在の研究テーマは「IoT・データ連携とDX」「電融・電力エネルギーネットワーク」「企業経営とイノベーション」日米に特許保有、IEEE CoAアワード受賞(2018年)

Recipients include the 1996 SDA Excellence Award, the 1997 Japan Typography Yearbook/Environment/3D Category "Best Work" award, and the 1998 SDA Encouragement Award.
